This allows us to reliably test the most important hardware components, independently of Windows or other software influences. The software also analyzes and documents system information, serial numbers, sensor data, and the status of essential components.

Burn-in and stress tests can also be performed to detect not only direct defects, but also intermittent and heat-related faults.

• Small signs of usage are acceptable.
• Screen:

4 star (B) - Grade Device Condition

• Top Surface, Edges & Keyboard:
• The product has light and visible signs of usage.
• Bottom Side:
• Moderate signs of usage can be found.
• Screen:
• The screen can have fine micro-scratches, which cannot be visible when the screen is turned on.

3 star (C) - Grade Device Condition

• Top Surface, Edges & Keyboard:
• The product may show signs of use such as scratches or dents.
• Bottom Side:
• Obvious signs of usage are permitted.
