Returnin policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via the contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

Please note that purchases made under a company name, or business purchases, are not covered by the Distance Selling Act and cannot exercise the statutory 14-day cooling-off period for consumers. If you still wish to return your purchase on a business purchase, you can use exchange for another model from our range or a coupon code worth your order.

You can return items under certain conditions

• 1. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
• 2. Products that are delivered to us outside of the above time period cannot be credited.
• 3. Enclose a copy of the invoice (if not possible, clearly indicate the invoice number on the box).
• 4. Only remote consumer buyers can exercise the right of return.
