Delivery times

When you place an order with us, you naturally want to know what to expect in advance.

Next-day delivery, how does it work?

In almost all cases, when you place your order before 12:00 noon, your package will be shipped the same day with DHL. This means you will receive it the next day for deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

For deliveries to France and Italy it takes 2 to 3 working days for the package to arrive at your address.

How is my order shipped?

Our orders are always shipped with DHL. When you order multiple products, we place a maximum of 2 products per box to prevent any damage.

How can I track my delivery?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information so you can follow the delivery.

If you have an account with us and were logged in while placing the order, you can also find your invoice and tracking information in "My Account".

What should I do if I have not received my package?

Check the following:

• The Track & Trace code of the package: You can find this in your account or in your shipping confirmation email.
• The delivery address: Is the delivery address you entered correct? Double-check your postal code as well.
• Your mailbox: Did you receive a 'not at home' notice? Then the package may have been delivered to your neighbors or the courier has scheduled a new delivery attempt.

Please wait a little longer, as a delayed package is often delivered the next day.
