When you place an order with us, you naturally want to know what to expect in advance.
In almost all cases, when you place your order before 12:00 noon, your package will be shipped the same day with GLS. This means you will receive it the next day when delivery takes place within the Netherlands.
For international deliveries, it may take up to 3 working days for the package to arrive at your address.
Our orders are always shipped with GLS. When you order multiple products, we place a maximum of 2 products per box to prevent any damage.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information so you can follow the delivery.
If you have an account with us and were logged in while placing the order, you can also find your invoice and tracking information in “My Account”.
Please wait a little longer, as a delayed package is often delivered the next day.
