Battery health is at least 70%. If the measured health is below 70% or the practical runtime falls below our model-specific minimum, we replace the battery with a new one.
No worries. If you notice unusual behavior within the warranty period (e.g., rapid drain or unexpected shutdowns), please contact us. We’ll retest and fix it — with repair or replacement, depending on the outcome.
