Product grades (Quality)

Our products receive a product grade. Based on this grade, you know exactly what to expect from the cosmetic condition of the product.

5 stars (Like new) - Condition of the device

• Top cover, edges & keyboard:
• Minimal signs of use that should not be visible from 30 cm away in daylight.
• Bottom:
• Small signs of use are allowed.
• Screen:
• Like new (no signs of use).

4 stars (Excellent) - Condition of the device

• Top cover, edges & keyboard:
• The product has light and visible signs of use.
• Bottom:
• Clear but limited signs of use may be present.
• Screen:
• The screen may have fine micro-scratches that are not visible when the screen is turned on.

3 stars (Good) - Condition of the device

• Top cover, edges & keyboard:
• The product may show signs of use such as scratches or small dents.
• Bottom:
• Clear signs of use are allowed.
• Screen:
• The screen may have fine micro-scratches that are not visible when the screen is turned on.
