Garantie

Our laptops come with a two-year warranty as standard. We offer a six-month warranty on the battery.

Quality Control

Quality is one of our top priorities. That is why our refurbished laptops are thoroughly tested with professional hardware diagnostic software that can boot independently from the installed operating system.

This allows us to reliably test the most important hardware components, independently of Windows or other software influences. The software also analyzes and documents system information, serial numbers, sensor data, and the status of essential components.

Burn-in and stress tests can also be performed to detect not only direct defects, but also intermittent and heat-related faults.

This means that a laptop with us does not just go through a quick basic inspection. Components such as the processor, memory, storage, graphics hardware, screen, keyboard, touchscreen, and various interfaces can all be tested in a targeted way.

What do we check on our refurbished laptops?

Our laptops are checked on many important points, including:

• Processor (CPU)
• Memory (RAM)
• Storage / hard drive or SSD
• Graphics card (GPU)
• Screen
• Keyboard
• Touchscreen
• Various ports and interfaces
• System information, serial numbers, and sensor data
• Stability through stress and burn-in tests to detect intermittent or heat-related faults as well

Quality is one of our top priorities. That is why we thoroughly inspect our refurbished laptops using professional testing software and targeted hardware tests. This way, you can be sure that you are choosing a laptop that not only works well, but is also reliable for everyday use.

Review on Technical Support: I bought a HP ZBook Fury 17G8 with a DreamColor screen and a NVIDA A5000 a few months ago from DSL-Tech. This is a power-hungry machine and I realized that the supplied battery worked fine up to 40-50% and then dropped down to 0%. So, I did measurements and tests and communicated them to DSL-Tech and received within 3 days a new battery. This type of support and most certainly the expertise on the subject of the owner is text-book. EXCELLENT SERVICE !
