Every laptop goes through a fixed check of more than 30 points. We look at the battery, the screen, the keyboard, the ports, the storage and the cooling.

Parts that fall short, we replace. Then we clean the device and put a fresh Windows installation on it.

How you see the quality

The grade tells you the cosmetic condition at a glance, from as good as new to visible signs of use. The working condition is tested and sound at every grade.

A lighter grade sometimes means a few scratches and a lower price, while the performance stays the same. That is often the smartest saving.

Warranty and peace of mind

You get a 2-year warranty on every laptop. If something does not work as it should, we sort it out.
