At DSL Tech every laptop goes through a check on more than 30 points: processor, memory, storage, screen, keyboard, ports, battery, wifi and chassis. Anything that is not right gets replaced, after which the device is cleaned and reinstalled.
How much warranty do I get on a refurbished laptop?
You get a 2-year warranty on the laptop. The battery carries 6 months, because a battery is a wear part whose capacity drops with use. You also have 30 days to change your mind; if the device does not suit you, you return it free of charge.
Which brands do you sell?
Dell, HP and Lenovo. Those are the three brands that build business laptops and mobile workstations able to take daily use: the Dell Latitude and Precision, the HP ZBook and the Lenovo ThinkPad. Those series in particular lend themselves to refurbishment, because they are built to be repaired.
How quickly will I have my laptop?
Order before 12:00 and your laptop leaves the same day, so you have it the next day. Shipping goes with DHL and is free from 200 euro. You receive a tracking code as soon as the parcel is on its way.
